They are short amino-acid chains supplied only for legitimate in-vitro, analytical and laboratory research, such as work with cells, tissues and biological samples. They must never be administered to humans or animals, and are not for personal experimentation, clinical or veterinary use, or compounding.

A certificate of analysis is the third-party laboratory report for a specific production lot. Each shipment carries a lot identifier printed on the vial; enter it in the COA archive to pull the matching report.

Each certificate reports three results separately: identity by LC-MS (mass spectrometry), chromatographic purity by HPLC-UV, and net content - the peptide mass measured in the vials sampled. HPLC purity alone does not establish identity, exact quantity, the absence of all contaminants, sterility or suitability for a particular use.

Storage, preparation, handling and disposal should be performed by qualified personnel under the research institution's validated SOPs and the requirements of the applicable experimental protocol. PepTech publishes product storage specifications only where supplier or laboratory documentation supports them; if you need a product's storage requirements, contact us before you order. PepTech does not provide instructions for preparation or administration in humans or animals.

Orders are prepared and released to the carrier within 24 hours of payment clearing. Standard domestic delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch, while expedited shipping is typically 1–2 business days.

Delivered material cannot go back into stock, so returns are not accepted - but problems are still put right. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete or not as described, email support@peptech.us, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Once we verify the problem we replace the affected items, or refund them if we cannot supply a replacement. Please do not send material back. Orders canceled before fulfillment are refunded to the original payment method, and we start every approved refund within 2 business days. Our Shipping & Returns Policy has the details.
